The Palazzino was built as a summer residence, and still retains its ancient character of the historic villa: bright, harmonic, impressive, panoramic and intimate.

The present building is a large house divided into two floors:
On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen (with central worktop), a dining room and a living room with sofa bed and TV which can become the fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The first floor has three double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom.
The kitchen leads to a covered terrace with a large dining table which offers a wonderful view over the Chianti hills and from which you enter an additional living room with sofas and TV.
The villa has a private garden with an intimate illuminated gazebo.

• Kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, mocha and electrical coffee machines, toaster
• Dining room: table for 8 people, fireplace
  
• Living room 1: sofa, double sofa bed, TV (digital terrestrial + satellite)
  
• Living room 2: 3 sofas, antique desk, TV (digital terrestrial + satellite)
  
• Bathroom ground floor: sink, shower, whirlpool, bidet, WC, hairdryer
  
• Bedrooms: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables
  
• Bathrooms 1st floor: sink, shower, bidet, WC

Upon request we provide everything needed for small children and babies: lateral protection for beds, cots, high chairs and child gates for the doors.

In the calendar below you can find the weekly maximum prices.
The cleaning fee has to be added: 120 euros.
These prices are valid for 8 people. For smaller groups there are discounts (except in July and August).
