House 'Mulino'

The Mulino house still retains all the atmosphere of the farmhouse it once was. The small windows and wooden stairs have remained those of the past, as well as the large fireplace and the stone sink. Also the rooms have not changed the use they have had for centuries: the living area with kitchen and living room on the ground floor and the sleeping area with its two bedrooms on the first floor.
In the basement, once used for milling grain, there is now a bedroom with two little windows overlooking the waterfall and the stream.

Equipment on the premises:

• Kitchen area: refrigerator with freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, mocha and electrical coffee machines, toaster
  
• Dining area: table for 8 people, large fireplace
  
• Living room: sofa, double sofa bed, TV (digital terrestrial + satellite)
  
• Bedrooms: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables
  
• Bathrooms: sink, shower, bidet, WC, hairdryer

Upon request we provide everything needed for small children and babies: lateral protection for beds, cots, high chairs and child gates for the doors.
